Pros
I was working for the R&D department in Zurich, for hydraulic turbine development. Very interesting business, where the R&D has to be done for every new project. There is always something new to do. Great work and life balance
Cons
As the R&D is split into several locations, the career opportunities are a bit limited in one location, or you have to move abroad.
