      Pros

      I feel like both the management/office and shop/crew have a good knowledge and understanding of safety. I have no issues approaching either with any suggestions or concerns I have.

      At this time I have no cons to list. I have worked with Andritz Hydro in the past and my move to Separation has been very positive.

      Flexible hours. Some work from home available. Challenging projects. Understanding and caring management.

      Cons

      Sometimes overwhelming work loads. Can be high stress at times. Often time weekend work is needed.
