Andritz empowers their people to make good business decisions and trusts them to act in the best interest of the company and its customers. They have outstanding products and strong product support systems. Applications support, in particular, clearly receives a lot of emphasis, ensuring a good experience for their customers.
Cons
The business itself is highly cyclical and difficult to manage effectively. There are times when the staff is overworked and there is not enough confidence in the next years' revenues to add resources.
