      Friendly environment. Clean workplace. Scheduled time off.

      Cons

      The drivers are allowed to pick and choose what freight they haul. Which in turn puts all of the pressure on dispatch who has to deal with the customers.

      Pros

      Always take into consideration time off for WHATEVER reason, so long as it is to take care of your family. Flexibility in your load selection. Good attitudes from supervisors.

      Cons

      Other than the career of being a truck driver.....they're about as good as it gets.
