Pros
Small company, access to senior management at any time. Good thing is if you needed something and you could articulate the value chances are it would be approved ASAP.
Cons
Wear many hats, sometimes outside your comfort zone and you may be asked to take on additional responsibilities. Sometimes that can work in your favor but not exactly what you were hired to do.
