      Very flexible and family friendly, able to pick up children from school and work from home if needed.

      Cons

      terrible pay, (20,000 less than same position at other companies 3-4 hours away). Underappreciated by Human Resource department.

      Pros

      Flexible with days off and good retirement.

      Cons

      Constantly changing around your clients and where you drive. Use of your own vehicle for job with mileage reimbursed. Having to continue to sit with clients that are completely unresponsive and it takes months for those to be dropped. Supervisors tell you one thing and then change again in the near future. Overload of clients that you have to work with.
