Great deals on clothing, very friendly people, lots of creative freedom & hands off atmosphere. Very aware of sexual harassment prevention and progressive individuals.

The pay is low and the upper management seem very out of touch with workload/skills they require for certain positions. Also the 'quantity over quality' style of marketing feels tacky in comparison to other underwear brands. The atmosphere feels uncomfortably quiet compared to the highly coveted, cross functional, start ups millennials in digital media thrive in. Little flexibility with hours.
