      Pros

      good hours, awesome income opportunity, leadership is always helpful or willing to help. Opinions get heard and the staff works as if we are all family

      Cons

      since it is a commission job, chargebacks can happen. So sometimes it can mess up your check. Dealing with certain clients can bother you, sometimes they come in with bad attitudes or closed minds which doesn't help anybody

      20 percent discount is great ...team build trips every few months..flexible with my school schedule..cool job altogether

      Cons

      A con is that there is limited room for growth in the company to grow the selection of peple they let grow in the company is narrow
