Pros

It was difficult for me to even give one store

Cons

Overbearing owner with no respect for her employees. Nothing here is a team effort. No one talks to one another. You sit all day. The only meetings with the team are discussing how best to imitate the competition. The web site is WAY out of date and held together with rubber bands and paper clips. The look of the site is stuck in 1998 and they will not listen to any ideas about bringing it into 2016. Sales are declining as a result of lack of ingenuity, inspiration and creativity. Selection of products is out of date too. Driven by brands like Tommy Bahama (no joke). The only positive reviews you will read are from HR, which is hilarious b/c HR has the highest turnover of all departments. The new ones come in and hate seeing the negative reviews, so they post a new review trying to make it better, but it's just a drop in the bucket of negative reviews.

Pros

The only good thing I can say about this place is that its a steady, albeit low, paycheck & the people I was able to work with day-to-day were great.

Cons

Cameras watch your every move, as does the owner - expect an email if you're 3 minutes late. The work environment itself is incredibly tense and most of us were constantly walking on eggshells so as not to get yelled at by, again, the owner. There is no trust on her end for ANY of her employees and it 100% shows in the way HR constantly changes. In my 4 years there, I counted at least 10 different people in that role. On the other hand, others created an alternate environment that was worse than any experience I had in High School and would make sorority girls blush. Most of the managers have poor skills at doing so, and end up micromanaging instead. Overall, the business practices displayed/witnessed were very dishonest & unethical - I learned a LOT about how NOT to act, treat people, and conduct my life.
