      Pros

      Discount on rent, interacting with tenants, lots of downtime, some employees are great

      Cons

      Management is very out of touch- lots of pressure to make money and not lose any, management does not solve problems if they will cost money, some employees discriminate and talk badly about tenants (especially of Asian descent)

      Good Work/Life Balance Owners are very in touch with the careers of their employees You get to implement your own ideas and watch them work

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for advancement within the company Communication is lacking in many areas The benefits are decreasing every year instead of increasing
