The management in Louisville lacks the experience and basic accounting knowledge required to perform in a leadership role. If they replace the incompetent staff, they have a lot of potential. They're in a lot of trouble if they ever got audited. Plus management's attitude towards the owners and other colleagues is just horrible. This creates for a rather hostile and very negative work environment.
