Pros
Since my start, a lot of things have improved, both in technical processes and in the management processes. I feel the team is more united and more aligned. Is there a long way ahead, mainly regarding the technical debt? Yes, there is. Can we do it and are we motivated? Yes and Yes. Self organising and deciding the technical and product aspects are also a big plus. And not to forget the full remote work, which also is a big advantage.
Cons
Sometimes the time to decide over some technical challenges and proposed solutions, can be fairly long but it's improved a lot compared to a year ago.
