Pros
Some people who work here are lovely and incredibly friendly, there can be a good camaraderie and some of the work is interesting/ good work
Cons
A lot of the partners… in particular departments… are some of the nastiest and most spiteful people you will ever meet. I can’t fathom how some of them are still in their jobs and allowed to manage people, you would see many people pass through those teams for a short period of time stressed and then leave. The work can be okay but workload differs between departments despite pay being the same - some legal staff are simply given boring admin tasks and others are weighed down doing 14 hour days, wholly unfair. They simply don’t pay enough which is why everyone leaves. Some HR decisions ultimately don’t make sense.
