Bi-weekly pay. Some sites require clean shaven (Absolutely NO STUBBLE or you’ll be sent home) Biased instructors- Instructors boast about their higher failure rate of MILO course in the armed academy. Favoritism with promotions: family and friends are usually selected before more qualified candidates. Mainly Caucasian male employees- not a lot of diversity in race or sex.
