Anderson Lock is a family owned business. Cortney Anderson is the President and owner of Anderson Lock and knows the business inside and out. She is very involved in the door hardware business and is the First Vice President of our industry Door Hardware Institute. From Cortney through management, the office team to the installation technicians, Anderson Lock has immense knowledge and experience in the commercial lock, hardware and door business. They care about their employees and customers. The balance of work and home life is important and the leadership team advocates this balance. Leadership listened and led the way through Covid. During this difficult time, the morale and performance of the office and installation technicians remained confident that we were working in the safest environment possible. The company truly lives and breathes the values they believe in. They invest in their employees through training and social events, and this transfers into great customer service. Coming from a family owned company that was bought by a larger corporation and seeing the negative result of that, being part of Anderson Lock has been a great experience and a wonderful place to work.
