      Pros

      Anderson Lock is a great company to work for. It is family owned and operated. Pay is commensurate with experience. Advancement is unlimited and encouraged from within the company

      I can't think of any. It is a little daunting when you first start and you realize that everyone seems to have been there more than 15 years.
