Pros
No face time once you have a handle on things. The firm has scored some big clients recently but mostly mid-market clients. A lot of client contact even for junior associates.
Cons
Terrible management that needs overhaul. Since the failed Reed Smith merger, the firm has been on shaky grounds. New practice areas keep being introduced only for those attorneys to be let go when it doesn't work out. Collection issues with non paying clients has also plagued the firm.
