I worked for >1 year and these are my observations: 1. People who are working here are friendly and collaborative to a certain extent. 2. Location (Ecotower & Wynsum branch) are both accessible 3. Fast-paced work environment.
Cons
Anderson must work on a lot of things if they plan to stay in the market. First, compensation package is sub par. It is clear that they want to maximize their budget allocated for resources, but they also need to invest especially if they want to maintain highly-skilled employees. Second, during my stay in this company, I barely saw a reward going to those who worked hard. Equal empowerment is not visible. Third, the management needs to work on themselves. Your expectation should not exceed from reality if you are only providing us with limited tools for our job. If you really want quality output, then look deeper into problem before you point your fingers. And lastly, if you are the type of person who cannot adjust easily to the changing requirements, then you wouldn't like changing your schedule in short notices.
