      Great company with great benefits and opportunities for growth and development.

      Cons

      Hard to gain any benefit for going above and beyond the call of duty. You are stuck on a pre-determined path for advancement and compensation no matter how hard you work. To many this is fine, but others occasionally have higher ambitions.

      Pros

      AE is employee owned and has a great company culture. In the past four years, I've been able to experience small to large projects and move up within the company.

      Cons

      AE has grown rapidly in the past few years. Office to office workflows are not uniform leading to inconsistencies.

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Sometimes things move slowly but they almost always get done. ESOP means employee ownership which is a good thing!

      Cons

      Too slow to fire bad people, since everyone is so friendly it seems like someone has to nearly get killed before they will let them go.
