Cons
Weird sense of arrogance with a bunch of kids barely out of uni. They don’t have any idea of what they are doing. Expect miracles from untrained consultants. The team are 90% new so don’t expect any knowledge base to learn from. The incentive trips is just a budget seat to an inexpensive location and you have to fund your own expenses when you’re there. Owner came over from Australia and walked around the office so he didn’t have to speak to anyone. You won’t earn commission so don’t buy into the monetary yarn. Nz director has no idea what he’s talking about and just talks and talks hoping it sounds like he does. Don’t care about people only what money they can hopefully get out of them before they get a clue and leave. They will treat you like dog poo when you resign, heads up.
