Pros

It's easy to get hired if you can at least do something. Provide employment documents.

Cons

This is outsourcing. Employees are just a commodity. As long as you work and those to whom you were sold, they do not touch you. If the project is completed without your fault, you will be fired. Computers are not provided, neither are monitors - only in the office. Employees with little experience are sold to customers, passing them off as more senior specialists. This is a fraud

In addition, you won't get fired immediately, after compleeting your tasks on the current project. During the bench period, our employees are engaged in paid self-development process. We're always in search for new projects. We believe that the corporate climate is one of Andersen's strengths, as evidenced by internal survey data.
