Pros
They helped me a lot when I was a junior and allowed me to grow by creating all the necessary conditions. I haven’t met any toxic people so far – the company’s QA community is quite supportive. Also, it is possible to be allocated to a really interesting project.
Cons
They assign too many managers for you to deal with, in my opinion.
