The company has an excellent office in Odesa. The team is friendly, the atmosphere is always welcoming, and the company regularly organizes various events and activities. It's genuinely an office that people enjoy coming to. Special thanks to the HR team for creating and maintaining such a comfortable environment. The company also hosts team-building events from time to time, which help colleagues get to know each other better and build stronger relationships. I believe this is one of the reasons why the team culture is so positive and collaborative. There is also a flexible work model — employees can work either remotely or from the office, with no strict restrictions.
Cons
Recently, the benefits package in my region has been reduced for contractors working as sole proprietors (B2B contracts) rather than through Diia City employment. For example, medical insurance and sports compensation programs were discontinued for this category of workers.
