From Intern to Designer at Andersen - Designer Andersen Lab Employee Review

I started my journey at Andersen with an internship that lasted several months. Every two weeks, we had theoretical assessments, which made the process quite intense and a bit stressful at times. Overall, though, the experience was positive. During the internship, I had the chance to contribute to a real commercial project. This not only motivated me but also gave me valuable, unique experience. By the end of my internship, I was offered a position on the same project as a full-time designer.
