      Major learning experience. Fast paced and great location. Pay is acceptable and benefits are as well.overall it's not a bad start.

      Cons

      Pressure to perform is high. Overall I fell that it is worth it and the company makes an effort to make you happy.

      Very cliquey. Very dependent upon each manager and partner. Some partners were great, but others were rude/condescending/only cared about profits and chargeability. Company is growing very fast and rewards those who will work their life away
