Andersen has great benefits, especially setting up employees for future success in their respective careers. The firm puts a lot of individual care into the learning and development of each of its employees.
Cons
Busy seasons required a decent amount of overtime, but after the deadlines hit, work was back to normal (< 40 hr work weeks).
