Terrible - Anonymous employee Andersen Employee Review

-Busy season is awful and constantly understaffed -Large and difficult tax returns are put off by managers and seniors until right before the deadline, then they are dumped onto an associate who ultimately gets the blame when it doesn’t get done on time -food is terrible -the company distinguishes itself from Big 4s by advertising that the “culture” is better here. In reality, that is just a cover up for not paying like Big 4 -the culture is non-existent -hours are about the same as Big 4 during busy season
