Thank you for your feedback. It's important for us to learn what we are doing well, and what we can improve upon. I'm sorry to read you didn't have a good experience working at Anders Group. While we can always improve on how we do things, the fact is there is a lot of "good" going on at Anders Group...As you know, new leadership has recently been brought in to help us gain expertise to lead positive growth and elevate the employee experience. We also have multiple platforms we are presently building and initiating to strengthen and enhance our culture, training and leadership core. And while it's true we have adults "fresh out of college," in comparison, we have more seasoned employees with multiple years of tenure with Anders. Personally, I have a lot of respect for the management team: They bring a great passion for the business and remain committed to the success of our employees by embracing a positive and rewarding work environment. While we're sorry to read of your unfavorable experience, the fact is we are dedicated to continually making Anders Group a best-in-class employer.
