Pros

I've stayed at Anders for the culture, the people, and the opportunities. Anders culture can be described by a few words: family, progressive technology and policies, growth, and continuous improvement. The Partners genuinely care about their staff and want to do whatever they can to help employees progress in their careers. The soft skill training provided has helped me grow tremendously in my professional career. Most companies wait to put time/energy into their staff until they are at the Manager level or higher, but Anders starts right away. They have also really shown by example that they are committed to work/life balance and retaining staff. They have made various accommodations for reduced work schedules or working remotely.

Pros

Some benefits like the wellness program A few coworkers left that care

Cons

Lack of transparency even though they claim it as one of their core values. HR is very slow to respond to inquiries and upper leadership rarely gets back to you. I’ve been here for 10+ years and it’s sad to see how Anders has become just another corporate company. My team has been cut down which has led to overworked staff (and in other departments too). They use to really value the individuals team member, but I’ve seen three let go who they didn’t care to find other positions for.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. Hearing concerns about transparency and workload is not something we dismiss. Supporting individual team members remains important, even as the firm continues to grow. We encourage you to speak to your coach or your family tree leader about your concerns. Transparency remains a priority, and we are continuing to work on how it shows up day to day. That includes creating additional avenues for internal communication to improve visibility into decisions and changes, and more space for team members to share perspectives.
