Pros
Managers and individual contributors in engineering and IT were always friendly and willing to help, and there was a sense of being in it together.
Cons
The multiple rounds of layoffs left the company feeling disjointed with odd reporting lines, and leadership above the management level felt detached. There was optimism however that the new CEO would address this.
