Pros
- Brilliant networking space - Got paid whilst self-learning - Macbooks(which you could pay to own or return upon termination) - Exposure to international spaces
Cons
- the payment plan was borderline oppression - They scrapped the fellowship model for an outsourcing one. I guess we should have seen that coming since they often mentioned they were in it for the profit. But at the beginning, they sold the idea as an elite philanthropic mission. - The contractor agreement didn't sit well with me, because, unlike an agency where you get the job, pay, and move on at an individual level with the client, the financial implications stay with you until you terminate the contract.
