The leadership of the sales org has been going downhill for over a year with it suffering from nepotism in a HUGE way. The CRO has a small group of lieutenants that seem to be immune to criticism, like the CRO himself, leaving everyone else dispensable with them pointing the finger. There has been blame put on every reason except the leadership team. They hire and fire people without hesitation, rule with fear, ego ,and an iron fist and push people to do whatever it takes to bring in revenue. The whole sales team is burnt out with the constant pressure, constant changes and micromanagement, but the pressure is only increased more and more as the weeks go on. The chance for career progression is almost zero if you aren't a 'yes man' and don't even speak up at all and, even then, you'd better hope that you are like by the CRO or his lieutenants or you will be sidelined.
