Cons
- The fellowship programme ended and they took up a new model + stuff changing how things run. - The former compensation system was not fair to engineers as most times the scope of work didn't align with the remuneration package and also performing exceptionally well on an assignment was not relevant to your internal levels(there was an internal process that was used to define the level you were on), that would then determine your pay(this model went down with the changes. I can not speak to the current system as I left before it was fully implemented. I hope it is better for the engineers in those ways)
