We are building a new, high-performing sales team & sales culture at Andela. This change won't happen overnight, and we surely have a lot of work to ahead of us. But if you are excited by the prospect of working at a venture-backed, high-growth company that is both solving the tech industry's biggest challenge at the moment, while having an impact on the developing world, then you will really thrive here. There has been a lot of change and frankly missteps in the revenue org in 2018 and H1 of 2019 - we acknowledge and accept that. This unfortunately led to some hiring decisions that were misguided. I can't change the past, but with my arrival and our new sales leadership team, we are excited about building the new revenue org at Andela.
Cons
The only thing constant at Andela right now, is change. If you're uncomfortable with that, then this may not be the right place for you. We don't have all the answers and will certainly make some more mistakes along the way.
