Pros
They halfway try to foster a sense of "family". The management doesn't take themselves too seriously. They try more than most to limit the hours you spend at the store.
Cons
Having sold cars for a long time, and I haven't ever had holdback deducted from my gross before calculating a commission. I have had pack deducted, of course, but holdback? We are paid on gross profit not net so this makes no sense. Being forced to sell Ancira Protection Package, which is basically nothing, for $1495.00. It would be ok if they actually applied the fabric protectant or the paint protectant but, they do not. It's snake oil.
