      flexible work environment, flexibility regarding time off

      Cons

      Antiquated systems, Management style from the 80's best described as " berate and demean". Executive's are weak, and clueless and have no idea what their team does day to day and has no interest in learning

      Positive work environment, good hours, and a really great learning experience.

      Pros

      Relatively pleasant work environment, they are flexible with time off.

      Cons

      Completely antiquated computer systems running on Windows XP with no plans to upgrade anytime soon (or ever). Each aspect of systems are separate and do not communicate with each other (purchasing, accounting, sales, items, etc.) Pay is not competitive and Sales Commission structure is not good. Employee turnover is ridiculously high because all these reasons.
