Toxic work environment - Anonymous employee Anchorage Museum Employee Review

The executive director of the museum is one of the worst leaders I have ever worked under. She has created a very, very toxic environment where people are pitted against one another, people are pushed out or fired if they don't kiss up to her continually, where she takes credit for others' work, where personal time has zero value, and where men are paid more than women. She makes well over 300k a year while many other full time employees are forced to work second jobs to make ends meet due to the low salaries.
