Pros
Remote work is nice, plus monthly internet+phone stipend.
Cons
- Salary is decent, other benefits are bad (e.g. pricey insurance, no bonus)
- Very inexperienced managers
- A weird cross between "startup mentality" (aka confusion and no structure) but also being a relatively large company (1000 HC) with micromanagers
- Terrible for productivity. Chromebooks with tiny screens and cheapo software that doesn't work well (DayForce, Notion, clunky cloud workstations), flaky deploy pipeline, and more
- Big culture of AI slop and tokenmaxxing
