Pros

Great co-workers and (for the most part) caring account managers, health care options and 401k are okay. If account manager, able to learn about different industries and build connections

Cons

Pay is below industry standards while living in very expensive cities, strict dress code, little training & self-development opportunities, Ex's are very fixed mindset, they bash and drag anyone who is millennial in team meetings. Work/life balance is terrible, I'd come in at 7 am and leave 6:30 pm, sometimes 8 pm and the president once told recruiters he expected us to be in the office on Saturday (no overtime since on salary).

Pros

None, there is a revolving door at this company. I've trained well over 100 people here over 3 years only to have them be fired 2 weeks later. There is no training with this job. You basically have to learn the ropes on your own and if you don't you're gone. The CEO comes in 1-2x per week to hand out paychecks and yell at employees for numbers being low. They even fired 2 people for not coming to a company happy. There was one poor girl who moved here for the job who was fired for not coming to a company paintball event.

Cons

Everything, the salary is way too low compared to what the market offers. 0 work/life balance. They will make you come in on weekends to fill jobs (that you won't make any money off of) when you've already spent 50+ hour Monday - Friday. It's a bunch of entitled recent college grads who think they know everything even though they only have 6 months of experience. It's a bunch of kids looking like they are getting ready to go to formal in the office. Stay away
