Pros

Freedom: You get to have the flexibility you need to take care of life stuff during the week if needed. People: The team is its best right now. Everyone is contributing and working hard to make sure nobody feels like they are 'doing all the work'. Environment: We just did our first company retreat and it was a great opportunity for us all to become closer and grow together. Education: They'll pay for your certs and give you a raise once you complete it. Overall, I am really happy to be here and enjoy my work and my coworkers. Its a (largely) fun job and a pretty chill environment. If I knew someone who was looking for work in IT, I would encourage them to apply with us.

Cons

Not a whole lot of downsides. We do sometimes bend to customers being challenging. Sometimes we lose our internet and sometimes there's no coffee creamer or snacks, but nothing really major.

Pros

Great company to work for. Benefits are top-notch, especially for a small business. Clients are valued, employees are respected, and work-life balance truly matters to management.

Cons

No cons as far as I am concerned.

Pros

The people that you work with are amazing EOS

Cons

The "not owner" still gets the final say. Management doesnt have a clue what their people actually do and what value they bring Work is loaded up Managers are set up to fail they dont back-fill "promotions"
