There are no pros to working here as a developer. Having a designer in charge of all developers says it all.

Micromanagement. This is pretty funny considering the designer and upper management do not know anything about coding. VERY poor wages. You could get a job flipping burgers and make more. They bill out to customers at 110 per hour yet only pay the developer 10 to 12 an hour. Very high turn over. This is due to poor management and low wages. On the tech side of things they are so far behind in technology. They also try to seem they are this huge marketing company like that of some top tier agencies out of New York. Yet, their idea of development is lets buy a wordpress plugin and rebrand it like they made it. If the application looks good they are happy, even if it doesn't work. Professional turd polishers. Do not work here, you will be wasting your time.
