New empliyees - Inspector/Packer Anchor Hocking Employee Review

New employees are sometimes not treated friendly by those who have been there for a while. If you are slow to catch on to inspecting and packing the product, or if you need help or have questions, it's difficult to find a helping hand. An attitude of impatience and contempt will greet the newbie unless your able to do everything just right as soon as your training period of one day is done. The supervisors on third shift when I was there were rude and never had time to answer questions or explain what was going on. The overtime here is mandatory, and I worked 12 hours every day, and twice a week 16 hours. . The pay was great but the overtime was brytal.
