      Pros

      Overall a great place to work- there's excellent work-life balance with top-notch benefits. The management team really seems to care about their employees and they treat you like a person, not an employee. The employees are supportive, considerate, and helpful and have become not just colleagues, but friends. If you apply yourself, you'll go somewhere as there's opportunity for growth.
