Collegues work good, always try to be possitive despite the uppers levels managers don't like that.

Strongly piramidal organization. The main boss smoke in the public office. They do not like that people laugh and if you do they call your atention. Technology is old and don't care about code quality, if it work it's good.

The collegues are cool and prepared. They tend to team up and enjoy the time over there, working well and with good mood.

Totally vertical company. extremely old school. The top level often abuses its power with arrogance, and has a big lack of sense of empaty with the workers. The boss even smokes inside his office (door open). No other comment is needed.
