Pros

The coworkers are great and the technology is so amazing. It’s rewarding to see the learning of students and change it makes in the education industry.

Cons

Listen to the reviews. There is so much dysfunction within this organization starting from the top with leadership. There are unrealistic standards set which then trickle down into stress from the managers then to everyone below them. It feels everyone is constantly on edge of getting fired (which occurred multiple times). Unrealistic KPIs, no direction, little to no training, and yet high standards and unrealistic goals. No true investment of growth into employees. People get exhausted of asking to be heard out with no change. So once an employee leaves, leadership wonders why they can’t keep retention. No real HR since it is owned by the CEO so if you have a real issue or complaint expect it to go nowhere. In 2023, the sales goal was hit and to reward their team they cut everyone’s commission. They made a few territories smaller which then also equated to even less money for some. Do your research and proceed with caution if you are thinking about working here.

Pros

Working at Anatomage has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my professional career. From day one, it was clear that this company was built on an incredible vision and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in education and healthcare. Every day, I leave work knowing that what we do truly makes a difference in the lives of students, educators, and future healthcare professionals. One of the things that stands out most about Anatomage is its leadership. The leadership team genuinely cares about its employees and goes above and beyond to support their success. My SDR Manager, Daniel, is one of the best leaders I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with. He invests time in coaching, mentoring, and helping his team grow professionally. Since joining the company, I’ve learned invaluable sales skills and developed a level of passion and confidence that has made me excited to come to work every day. The company culture is second to none. Anatomage invests heavily in its employees and creates an environment where people can thrive. Even small things, such as providing catered lunches every day, demonstrate how much the company values its team. It’s a level of care and appreciation that I’ve never experienced elsewhere. Another thing I’ve noticed is the outstanding reputation Anatomage has within the education industry. Everywhere I look, educators and institutions speak highly of the company and its products. It’s easy to feel proud representing an organization that is so respected and whose products are making a real impact on learning outcomes. If you’re looking for a company with a strong mission, exceptional leadership, a supportive culture, and meaningful work, Anatomage is an incredible place to build a career. -Jesse

Pros

Can’t think of any other than benefits were decent

Cons

Just run. I don’t care if you’re out of a job, the economy is bad, you’ve been searching for months…just don’t do it. Management from the top down is just absolutely horrible. The SDR Manager is one of the worst managers to ever exist. Let’s put it this way, he picks his target for the month (or months) and decides to belittle you and humiliate you in the most odd ways. He is a micromanager in every sense. He holds weekly 1 on 1s with nothing valuable or important to say unless it’s to get “on you” for the most insignificant thing. He has no social cues yet is a sales manager…doesn’t make sense. Upper management is even worse, a lot of bad reviews have been removed before this that gave more detail on how that was like. To put it in a few words everything is based on CEO’s mood for the day, they don’t have a C-Suite board of decision makers because he likes to have his input and his input only, the only good thing going for them is their classic Anatomage table and that’s basically it - no other products have done well.
