      Pros

      Nice people, all around. Upper management team also nice, caring, sharp, and high integrity. Nice benefits, including company events, prizes, tremendous onsite gym and cafe. Solid company in growth markets. Lots of autonomy in certain positions.

      Cons

      Perhaps a little unreceptive to new ideas at the top, but that's changing now that the company is owned by an equity firm that wants growth quickly. Health benefits not as generous as they used to be (moved to high deductible plan), but still better than many places. A little crazed when it comes to acquisitions in that they're not always smooth transitions culture-wise or its not always clear how the new subsidiaries or product lines 'fit' into the strategy and scheme of things.

      Pros

      Excellent place for engineers. Good work/life balance. Senior engineers have a lot of knowledge making it a good place to learn.

      Benefits are not up to par with current job market

      Pros

      Small group of people acting like family. You get to know your employees and coworkers and in general this is one smart group. The folks here are well educated and the technology can be cutting edge. If you are an engineer in RF technology then you can really be a star here.

      Cons

      The RF engineers are treated very well but others are treated more as support staff. Pay and promotions are weak unless you are one of the chosen few, either a RF engineer or a friend to management. The company is still small and although public, has that family feel. Unfortunately this leads to all the prejudices, infighting, preferential treatments and vying for attention you would come to expect in a family. Only the chosen few get ahead while one excuse after another is made for low salaries and incentives.
