      None noticed as of now.

      Cons

      Very poor HR policies. Salary, number of leaves, probation period, notice period, transport and all most everything is worse. In some processes even mobile phones are not allowed not because of any sort of confidentiality but micro management. No work from home policy. Not at all recommended.

      Very good company to work with the give you paid sick leave. The managers are good

      Great place to learn new things and grow. Leadership is objective and will really teach you

      Cons

      Benefits is not good. Time off, any kind of leave. 401k benefits only after a year. There’s no additional perks right now for example free snacks or catered lunches in the US for employees
