The shift in the SaaS industry from “growth at all costs” to sustainable growth and profitability is one we take seriously to protect our company, our customers and partners, and of course, our employees. Operational efficiency and effectiveness are part of our strategy to achieve this, and so is building a winning culture that drives collaboration, inclusion and belonging. The Executive Committee and I remain committed to our DE&I goals, and we are working closely with numerous teams and partners to keep moving the needle. We look forward to sharing more with employees soon about how we’ll build on Anaplan’s existing DE&I strategy.
We just launched new initiatives where employees play a central role in evolving our culture. We are also creating more opportunities for our employees to connect and collaborate.
