Oh my gosh, where do I begin? I haven't been at this hotel management company for very long, but the vibes are seriously off. The micromanaging here is absolutely unbearable. Seriously, can I get a moment to breathe? And let's talk about one of the owners. Total power trip, always belittling the corporate team. Like, ever heard of positive vibes only? And guess what? If you think we prioritize our guests, think again. Doing what's right for the guest seems like an afterthought here, which is just not cool. I genuinely wouldn't recommend working here to anyone. If you value your well-being and want to be part of a team that actually cares and spreads good energy, this place is a hard pass. Ugh, just no.
