All cons mentioned below are for freshers Salary too low Freshers would be hired as trainees for 3 months. During interview you will be said that proper training will be provided. However, before joining a certain sum of money would be asked as security for 3 months. During training most of the tasks will have to be done by referring youtube videos and Ansys documentation. Any fresher who has very less experience of Ansys Fluent or any other CFD software will find it very difficult to catch up as the training is not streamlined. At the end of 3 months period, you will be asked to share you resume which will then be modified by Analyzer CAE employees (they will add experience falsely). These modified resumes will then be shared with some of their clients for interview again. This practice is very common in this company.
